FKWJ-2 Scooptram is mainly used in underground mine, mainly to shovel and transport loose materials after blasting. The structure design adopts three-dimensional entity parametric modeling and strength analysis to ensure the strength of the whole vehicle. The diesel engine adopts the structure of air-cooled turbine combuster which can reduce the nitrogen oxide concentration by reducing the injection advance Angle and the maximum combustion temperature in use. And adjust the amount and speed of fuel injection, so as to control the emission of harmful gases.
The exhaust gas purification device includes oxidation catalytic converter, washing tank and diffuser. The oxidation catalytic converter consists of a cylindrical shell and a porous separator filled with catalyst. The catalyst is alumina or ceramic pellets with platinum and other precious metals. At tail gas temperature > At 220ºC, carbon monoxide is catalyzed into carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbons are reduced. The water in the wash tank and the sieve plate filter the solid particles to reduce the hydrocarbon and exhaust temperature. The diffuser is a large flared exhaust port that acts as a rapid dilution.
