1. The step-by-step feeding method is adopted to continuously complete the loading, ear brushing, conveying, ear cutting, edge brushing and sheet collection, with a high degree of automation and saving a lot of labor;
2. The plate conveying track and brush can be precisely adjusted to adapt to the changes in the plate size and correct the wear of the brush; the roller brush is easy to disassemble and assemble.
3. The ear is cut by saw blade or rolling cutting; the edge brushing is to brush the plate along the gap direction of the plate;
4. The mechanical action of the plate ear brushing and ear cutting and the impact of the conveying electrodeless plate during the frame brushing process effectively prevents the plate active material from falling off and loosening, and the total scrap rate caused by equipment reasons during ear cutting and frame brushing is low.

The machine adopts a sealed structure, equipped with top and local dust suction interfaces, and a large lead powder dust collection hopper is set at the bottom, which is convenient for cleaning and sorting.
