FKZB4018DP flat-cut plate casting machine is a new type of plate casting machine newly developed by our company. Its waste shearing system adopts a brand-new flat-cut design. The cutter and sheet collection system are within the same plane as the grid conveyor, which greatly reduces the grid deformation caused by the impact during the grid casting process, improves the grid yield rate, and reduces waste and defective products in the grid production process.

1. Main machine transmission: The opening and closing of the mold and the quantitative supply of lead liquid are controlled by stable and reliable pneumatic components, and the rest are mechanical transmission methods, which are stable and reliable. The main machine speed control adopts variable frequency speed regulator stepless speed regulation, with a wide adjustment range and simple speed regulation;
2. The lead supply system adopts two sets of independent lead supply valves, one of which controls the on and off of the lead liquid, and the other is a quantitative lead supply valve, which avoids the damage of the cast plate main machine due to the loss of control of the lead valve, and can easily repair the quantitative lead supply valve, reducing the equipment downtime;
3. When the lead spoon does not burn gas, the heating tube power can be increased to 3KW;
4. The temperature of the mold is controlled by the thermocouple installed on the mold to control the on and off of the electric heating tube. The mold heating temperature control and temperature display should be displayed separately, that is, when not heated, it can be displayed as long as the main control switch is turned on The appropriate temperature of the mold; the insulation of the mold is controlled by circulating water;
5. The temperature control of the lead spoon is controlled by the thermocouple of the lead spoon to control the on and off of the electric heating tube, thereby realizing the automatic control of the temperature of the lead spoon;
6. Plane cutting: The cutting knife system and the sheet collection system are on the same plane as the grid conveyor, avoiding the deformation of the grid caused by impact during the sheet sliding plate, inclined cutting knife and sheet collection process, significantly reducing the deformation of the grid during the casting process, and greatly improving the grid forming rate and production efficiency;
7. The electrical control system integrates the original main engine electric control cabinet and the lead melting furnace control cabinet control into one, realizing centralized control, systematization, automation, and easy operation and maintenance.
