Pasting Machine Feature:
FKTB390S double-sided plate pasting machine is a special production equipment for lead-acid battery plate coating successfully launched by our company after comprehensively collecting the needs of domestic users. Through the special structural design, the plate grid passes through the lead paste during the grid filling and coating process, the coated plate surface is flat, and the front and back sides of the grid are not exposed after coating, and the amount of paste applied is relatively uniform on both sides. The weight error after coating is accurately controlled to ensure the consistency and stability of the coated grid. It is one of the ideal equipment for the plate coating process in the battery production process.

1. Grid loading mechanism:

1) The main engine transmission and paste bucket speed change are both frequency-controlled, which truly realizes stepless speed regulation. Grids of various thicknesses can be filled and coated to adapt to various speeds and lead paste coating of various grids
2) The driven roller of the main engine is thickened, and the plate coating belt is correspondingly lengthened to 2050 mm, reducing the phenomenon of other coating machines forming blades due to the small diameter of the driven roller, which easily causes the coating belt to be stretched, effectively extending the service life of the coating belt and greatly reducing the cost of use
3) Adopting a unique quantitative paste dispensing mechanism design, reducing the waste of lead paste and reducing production costs
4) The paste bucket adopts a double-layer paste bucket design to avoid the lead paste entering the bearing, resulting in large weight and thickness errors during coating, and the paste mixing shaft and paste extrusion roller shaft are easy to break, effectively solving the problem of high failure rate and difficult maintenance of other coating machines
3. Water spraying , acid shower mechanism:
1) The parts of the water shower and acid shower mechanism that contact with acid and water are all made of acid-resistant stainless steel (including screws, frames, etc.), which greatly extends the service life of this part
2) The coating materials of the water shower and acid shower rollers are all made of acid-resistant and water-resistant materials
3) The water shower and acid shower roller shaft is a new design of our company, which avoids the phenomenon that other plate coating machines use half-axles and welding methods that easily lead to the corrosion and breakage of the roller shaft after a period of use
4) The transition rollers of the water shower and acid shower part are made of special materials to solve the problem of easy sticking of paste
