The paste extrusion line is a special equipment developed by our company for filling lead paste in tubular grids of lead-acid batteries. The whole machine consists of a loading mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a paste bucket, a paste extrusion mechanism, a paste extrusion flushing mechanism, a conveying mechanism, a pre-flushing mechanism, an automatic bottom buckling mechanism, an ultrasonic welding mechanism, a vertical flushing mechanism, a weighing and rejecting mechanism, an automatic stacking mechanism and an electrical control system (see the equipment plan layout for details). It adopts high-suction vacuum adsorption technology, ultrasonic welding technology, and pulse vibration sorting technology to automatically complete the automatic feeding of tubular grids, quantitative filling of lead paste, residual paste cleaning, automatic bottom buckling, automatic weighing screening and automatic film collection. It has a high degree of automation and the production environment meets the requirements of environmental protection development in the industry. With the help of a residual paste recovery system, it can connect the paste line and the paste extrusion line production closed loop to realize the automation, cleanliness and energy-saving production of the paste extrusion process.
The specific process flow of the entire line is: manual loading (stacking) - robot sucking the plate, automatically sending the plate to the paste extrusion position - mixing the paste, extruding the paste - plate washing - automatic bottom buckling - ultrasonic welding - plate washing - weighing, automatic rejection - automatic stacking and collecting the plates

1. The paste extruder can complete the automatic positioning of the grid, automatic board feeding, automatic paste extrusion, and automatic flushing processes, and has the function of manual and automatic switching at will;
2. The paste extrusion length can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the requirements of the grid length;
3. The paste extrusion pump adopts stepless speed regulation of the frequency converter;
4. The paste extrusion speed and board feeding speed can be steplessly regulated;
5. The lead paste can be recycled and has good environmental performance;
6. The lead paste enters the paste bucket and the grid is manually placed in the initial position. The filling and transportation of the grid are completed automatically. The lead paste is directly transported to the stainless steel paste extrusion tube by the stepless speed regulation paste extrusion pump. The plate is pushed into the stainless steel paste extrusion tube, and then the paste extrusion pump continuously squeezes the lead paste into the grid until the entire grid is evenly filled.
